Charter outage information

Alas charter managed to fail me again before I was able to find a replacement, and they failed hard. It's been down for 10 hours.

It stopped at 11:30 this morning, and is still down. The problem is somewhere in their central office, I can ping the default gateway which make the modem lights blink but nothing past it. After a long discussion, its a scattered outage in Pasadena, the trouble ticket involves 16/PA445 D. I have no idea what they managed to screw up, I did pester the customer service reps with "what blew up? what piece of hardware broke? what fiber got cut?" as that's really the only thing that could explain a 10 hour outage, but of course, their outsourced service reps have no idea whats going on.

The following are plots of my ping times from my server at my apartment to a server at work. The areas with now blue line are outages.
