Voting for judges

I really hate voting for judges.

All I've come up with is looking for some keywords in their endorsements and personal statements and to hope for the best.

Also with ~40% of the people voting by mail, I'm betting some races will take a couple of days after polls close to determine the final tallies.

In the absence of other information, I generally go with the Stonewall Democrats. I just filled out my sample ballot today. We're permanent absentees, but we're going to the polls for this one.

I did give points to judges who were endorsed by the stonewall democrats, and took away points for being endorsed by the baptist cavalry church.

My election information said, there's two few voters in your neighborhood for us to bother with a polling place, so we're forcing you to vote-by-mail.

I am lucky, with a wife who is a lawyer, I get her insight on the judges and which ones will do a good job, whether they were district attorneys or defenders, etc.

I never know what to do with judges either. And since I am a nonpartisan voter, if I vote a nonpartisan ballot in the primaries, judges are about all there is.

If they're running unopposed, I won't vote for them. If there are several candidates I vote for someone other than the incumbent. I pick women over men, occupations requiring a bit of creativity over toe-the-line occupations, and hope for the best.

As the leading manufacturer of judicial robes in the United States, and as your friend, I strongly encourage you to vote for the non-incumbent judges!

Pretty please?
