So the other thing that my doctor did during my visit is discover that I've gained 70 pounds in 10 years, and he really wants me to cut my weight back. He suggested one of the diet programs, I refused as they're actually designed for you to fail. (Or I'm assuming they are since failure rates are close to 90%)

So somehow I need to get more exercise and to eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains. Well probably less grains as I think I eat too many of them as it is.

So I guess I need to figure out how much food I'm eating a day and how much exercise I'm getting, and see what I can do to improve things.

The reason I want to start with some kind of monitoring is because every time I've tried exercising for exercising own sake I eventually give up because there's no way for me to know how much or how little I've done.
