I was noticing that I've begun to get some spam for things that help deal with mad cow disease.

I'm wondering if one could study spam as a way of seeing what kinds of things americans are anxious about. The common spams about penis & breast size, getting prescription medicine without a doctor , and getting rich all seem like things that americans might be nervous about but afraid to talk about.

Spam does try to prey on the weak minded.. because it's all a scam anyway trying to get money from some poor sap who's too clueless to realize it...

I've heard it said that if they didn't get any suckers they wouldn't be doing it.. On the other hand the cost to spam is so low, it might be like buying a lottery ticket..

I hate spammers and I hate spam. Gr.

Fear sells, especially in this country. Isn't that how most products are sold, through fear? The fear that you will never have enough, be beautiful enough, be loved enough, so keep on buying because you might be able to come close to reducing these fears...ah consumerism.
