So I've gotten used to konqueror's google web shortcut. I realized that I could add others as well...

Now I can type "oed:cyborg" and get the oxford english dictionary's definition. Well at least as long as I have a caltech IP address.

I can also look stuff up in the merriam-webster dictionary using dict:word

Strangely this shortcut feature is increadibly useful, almost rendering some searches transparent.

So did you go ahead with the purchase of the condo? I watch the interest rates as I refinanced a few months ago but even with the recent increase you should still be able to afford the price. It is not like it went from 6 to 11 percent or something astronomical, it has just gone up about .5 which probably equates to 100 bucks more a month.

It was pushing the limit of what I was willing to pay for and hadn't really worked out a budget. I still only have an rough estimate of a budget, but it there's enough room that even if my error bars are large I'm comfortable that I could actually pay for the place.

Now I just need to figure out what I want to do.
