A group of my coworkers go off and play a game called ultimate frisbee 3 days a week. (The description of the game I've heard makes it sound kind of basketball-esqu.) One of them has been ecouraging me to participate. I however am frightened of doing any form of physical activity around other people.

I'm extremly insecure about having a body. I rather dislike the one I've got, and find the idea of trying to run or do anything else that is largely dependent on ones physical fitness or dexterity utterly terrifying.

On the other hand I came across the idea that different cultures lead to people being fit or fat. Paying more attention the fit people I know tend to walk, play sports, and do other phyisical things. While those in the other class tend to drive everywhere and have sedentary hobbies.

So since I'm trying to maintain my body a bit better, it'd probably be good for me to say yes. I just can't bring myself to do it.

Walking and biking alone seem much more comfortable.
