Have you seen one of these before?

(referring to that specific style of 2d-barcode, with the square position detection patterns in three corners, and not other 2d barcodes like you might see on a UPS package).

If you're curious that barcode is an example of a QR Code, a 2D barcode that is designed to be read by smart camera phones. Some general examples can be seen in the flickr pool QR Codes in the Wild. There's also an interesting project, Semapedia which uses QR Codes to link a physical item to their Wikipedia articles.

My first version of the poll had the question "have you seen one of these codes in the wild" but I decided a shorter poll was better.
