Oooh oooh...can I have the "princesss bride," "Blade Runner," and "Labyrinth?" I am coming to LA this weekend and on the 12th of August, so I can pick them up either time.

Well secretslip asked for labyrinth, and since I have a mild crush on her she won that one.

But the other two you can have, it might be easiest to take them to chat. (Though there's a chance I'd forget to bring them.).

Well, I understand about the crush thing, so it's cool. Thank you for the other videos, though. Yes, I can get them from you at chat and hopefully I can remember to remind you :) Two people with bad memories is not a good thing

Sounds fine to me, I also have a 9-10 year old 20" TV set I'd like to dispose of for $50?

Also how would you like to pick up the stuff?

I'll take the TV. So $70. Let's see, I'll be in Duarte Saturday. Maybe I can convince my carpool to be a sweetie and swing by you. Or we could always meet up. Just let me know...

Yes, I know it's hard to believe, but before our modern digital age, there existed simple recording device capable of capturing analog video signals, much like the edison phonograph we saw earlier. The late 20th century introduced the concept of time shifting with these early VCRs. Though the they had to suffer without the agent architecture of our modern PVRs. Yes that means they had to manually turn dials and wire cables in order to record things.

Thanks. I've been thinking I should put the list of my DVD online as well.
